This Masterclass provides educators with practical examples, strategies and ideas that will help you foster children’s ability to contribute to, and maintain, their own their wellbeing.

Educator Wellbeing

Being an early childhood educator is emotionally demanding and requires significant emotional labour which can become both physically and psychologically exhausting. This Masterclass is filled with easy to implement strategies that enable you to take care of your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

I also offer:

A Professional Conversations session. I come to a staff team meeting and staff can pick my brain about managing behaviour, fostering resilience, supporting children with complex needs, working with a strengths-based approach, helping children overcome anxiety, and fostering educator wellbeing in early childhood settings. These sessions can be up to 2.5 hrs and cost $770 GST Incl.

 

An in-service Early Years Wellbeing Program tailored to your specific needs that is designed to engage your whole team as well as parents.
